3 years ago this week I left my career in TV to pursue real estate full time. I still get asked all the time if I miss it and the answer is always YES.

When I was a kid, I knew I was born for entertainment of some kind. I never really wanted to act or model, I always wanted to just be me and broadcast was my answer to that.

I have so many amazing memories of my days on camera, covering a football game, connecting with amazing people, wild nights in Hollywood 🤪, record label events and more. It wasn’t an easy decision to leave, and quite frankly I never thought I would. I’m so proud of who I am now and how far I’ve come as a business woman. I think about how different my life would look if I had stayed but how beautiful my life is today because I left.

I’d like to think I’ll always keep my hands in it and who knows, maybe I’ll marry the two of TV and real estate and live a life of having the best of both worlds. But for now, I cherish these memories — also the unfiltered days of social media 😜.

Cheers to 3 years of a new chapter!
@shaq & I covered a lot of ground this week. I’m gonna start a petition and hand it in to @adamsandler bc I’m ready to see him in another Sandler movie 🎞 also, to know that Shaq didn’t know @marvel and @dccomics were two different universes up until 6 months ago, makes me feel A LOT better bc I didn’t know either until 3 years ago when I started sharing a newsroom with @comicbook — I’ve come a long way 🤣🤷🏻♀️

I’m writing a book about POTS and healing 🫶🏽. While so many of you have requested that I do this, it’s been on my heart to make this happen for the last 5 years and it never felt right until the last 6-8 months.

Over the years you’ve shared your stories with me, you have reached out for advice or encouragement and you’ve all played such a pivotal role in my life and in my journey. So I would love to include you in this next chapter — no pun intended 🤓.

I want to know: what are some topics you would like covered? Is there a part of my journey you’ve witness on socials that you want to know more about? What are some reasons you would pick up this book and read it front to back?

This has already been such a worthwhile project. It’s been a lot more than I could have ever imagined but worth every word, emotion and thought written down. Excited to put this into something tangible.
Exciting news: I HAVE HAIR 🫶🏽

A year ago I got extensions for the first time bc I was losing so much of my hair due to stress. A year later, I got them removed only to find out, my hair had grown thicker, longer and looks a lot more full than it did 12 months ago.

Stress is a real thing. My hair was falling out in chunks. I felt so insecure bc even when I wore it natural it still looked so thin.

A few life changes later and a lot of @tryarmra I’m getting back to where I was! Thank you @danafelt for introducing me to @annique.hair 🖤 been life changing!
