life moved so fast this year- family time, packing, new jobs, unpacking, best friends, pumpkins, van time, surfing, surfing, & more surfing- but you still found time amongst it all to nap in scenic places and hug on that silly dog. and tell those you love that you love em, a lot.

we had pretty poor luck when it came to weather on this trip, but this day was something else. like sound of music, dancing in the hills level cool.
I wasn’t able to make this stop with @g_rad88 last year, but I’m so glad we couldn’t so that we could take his mom and partner this year. sharing my family & second home 🇦🇹 (and it’s neighbors 🇩🇪) with our family was something G and I always talked about. I still can’t believe we got to.
ps, the boat captain played this tune on our ride out, and what you’re hearing is the sound of the trumpet across the water and as it bounces and echoes off the absolutely massive walls of rock that line the Königsee. all around core memory day ❣️

another year gone, another year on the horizon! older, wiser, tired-er 😅 we keep drivin, big baby dog in the backseat and all.
