Today Chan turns 16. He didnโt want anything but a new sketch book, didnโt even ask me to make a cake ๐ญ. This morning after dropping him off at school I felt some kind of way ๐. So after getting his sketch books I bought a cake at a bakery I ran into, and got a bunch of balloons at Party City! DAMN IT MAN HEโS 16!! ๐๐๐Happy Birthday to the kid who made me a mom. @jquesmith

Two graduations tomorrow, 8th and 5th grade. Just finished making their leis. Now Iโm going to try and not be in my feelings so I can finish all the prep work for tomorrow. ๐ญ

These images were the last time we went away not having to think about kids! These images are also proof that Que can accomplish anything he sets his mind to. I thought we were going away for ๐ Christmas but instead we were eloping and he planned and bought EVERYTHING! ๐พ๐ 15 years of being married to my best friend!! 15 years and I still get happy at the thought of seeing him (that might have more to do with the fact that all I see is my annoying kids ๐). 15 years and weโve only fought once! We have fake fights all the time that end up in laughter causeโฆ. wellโฆ. thatโs us! In about 8-10 more years it will be all about us again, ๐คฃ so maybe we can make it back to Kauai. He definitely challenged me this year!! Chan turned 14 and asked for a Chocolate Peanut Butter Cake so I searched for ALL the peanut butter stuff I could find and made him a cake. He walked in after school and said, โThis is the most beautiful thing Iโve ever seen!โ

73 weeks in the house and they are finally back at school!! Canโt wait to hear ALL about it when they get home.
