We poured everything we had into it, and I feel grateful to have helped bring @lisa_sofia_mustafa ās vision for Charles to life. We had many discussions about his characterās development and wanted to show his growth visually. This project was a true labor of love.

BUCCANEERS SEASON 2 - GRWM
Designing Mrs. Merriganās look for the stunning @amandabrightactor was such a joy ā we wanted to celebrate the beauty of texture: cornrows, braids, twists, curlsā¦ intricate detailing that felt rich and fashion-forward. The skin needed to glow ā it had to shout expensive, the highest of high society. We leaned into jewel tones and highlight that paired perfectly with the incredible costumes by @katecarin .
Mrs. Merrigan is fun, powerful, radiant ā she lights up the first episode. Creating this look with the amazing @vividbysedi was so much fun!
