Such a great and unique experience.
Erasmus through the eyes of a student in Vienna.
I highly recommend going on Erasmus. You get the chance to meet amazing people, get the best and most unexpected experiences/chances and learn new cultures.
I even got the chance to go on a few ski trips and a little roadtrip through Austria.
In my opinion Vienna is one of the most underrated Erasmus destinations. But it surprised me in such a good way.
I want to thank Vives for giving me this amazing opportunity. You learn and grow so much in every possible way and that in such a short time.
Here we are, now that our fantastic trip has ended. So many memories have been made. From Shanghai to Beijing passing by Hangzhou. We made very interesting visits and had our share of fun in this whole other world which is China. Now to recall those memories for the years to come, here are our top 5 moments in this Popular Republic.
Top 5 : The tower of Shanghai was (and still is) the most colossal building in the whole megacity. Being in the top of the building was nice seeing this impressive view.
Top 4 : The show from Hangzhou Normal University was an impressive representation of traditional Chinese music, dance and art and even a great Kung fu session. We are very grateful from the school and every volunteer who was with us during this day.
Top 3 : The company visit of Barco was one of the most interesting corporation we did (closely competing with China flooring), as we had the opportunity to see how their products is made with the use of machines and labour alike.
Top 2 : The forbidden city is a huge city only reserved for Emperor family and his important subjects and servants. Impressive building with lots of History.
Top1 : One of the Wonders of the Earth. The great wall of China was the best hike that should do at least one in their lifetime. Its Nearly endless and every stone feels unique.

Best decision ever. We would 100% recommend everyone to go on Erasmus. You meet new people, discover new cultures, and experience a different way of studying.
Also had the chance to travel a bit, even went to Morocco 🇲🇦🤍
