Earlier this month, in celebration of International Women's Day, we launched a special giveaway for women across VIVE Collision to attend the @womensindustrynetwork Conference.
We often see that companies will send corporate leadership to these conferences, but we wanted to create an opportunity for our locations and support teams, the people who live our culture every day, to attend.
The response was incredible. We put their names into a random drawing app this morning, and now we're excited to share our winners!

The future of collision repair was on full display this past weekend in NYC.
Our team spent the day at the @skillsusanyc Leadership Conference & Competition, where students from across the city put their skills to the test in estimating and refinish competitions. But this wasn't just a sponsorship for us. Nick, Esteban, and Jason volunteered as judges, working alongside students throughout the day, answering questions, sharing insight, and helping guide them through real-world scenarios. We also coordinated a vehicle (damaged, but not a customer's!) for the estimating competition so students could work from an actual repair situation.
Opportunities like this matter. They give students the chance to sharpen their technical skills, build confidence, and see a future for themselves in this industry. Connecting with students and passing along knowledge is exactly how we should encourage the next generation.
