This is what 5 grams of fibre really looks like đ
Most adults need around 25 to 30 grams a day, but many of us fall short without even realising. If youâre feeling bloated, sluggish or like your digestion is just off, fibre could be the missing link.
Hereâs a simple breakdown of what 5 grams of fibre looks like:
* 15g Chia seeds (dry)
* 60g Rolled oats (raw)
* 45g Lentils (dry)
* 40g Bulgur (uncooked)
* 75g raspberries (fresh)
* 40g Whole almonds (raw)

Glow-up Gummy Bears Recipe đť
Makes 8-10 medium bears
Youâll need: Silicone gummy bear moulds or small silicone trays
⢠250 ml (1 cup) 100% fruit juice (e.g. Cranberry, pomegranate, tart cherry or orange)
⢠2 tbsp gelatin powder
⢠2 tbsp Vitable Collagen +HA Berry
1. Sprinkle the gelatin powder over the cold fruit juice in a small saucepan. Let sit for 5â10 minutes to bloom.
2. Once bloomed, gently warm the mixture over low heat - just enough to dissolve the gelatin completely, around 50-60°C. Stir continuously until smooth and no granules remain. Remove from heat.
3. Add the Vitable Collagen +HA Berry and whisk until fully combined. Carefully pour the mixture into silicone moulds using a jug. Refrigerate for at least 2 hours or until set.
4. Once firm, pop the gummies out and store in an airtight container in the fridge for up to 1 week.

Smashed Potato Tacos Recipe âŹď¸
PREP: 15 minute
COOK: 60 minutes
INGREDIENTS:
 ⢠1kg baby potatoes (skin-on)
* 2 tbsp extra virgin olive oil
* 1 ripe avocado, mashed
* 1 x 400g can black beans, drained & rinsed
* 1 cup (220g) cottage cheese
* 1/2 cup cherry tomatoes, chopped
* Juice of 1/2 lime
* Fresh coriander
* Pinch of chili flakes
* Salt & pepper to taste
Directions:
1. Preheat oven to 200°C. Line a baking tray. Boil potatoes in salted water for 20 min, or until tender. Drain and cool 5 mins.
2. Place on tray and gently smash with the base of a glass. Drizzle with olive oil, season with salt and pepper. Roast for 45 mins until golden and crisp.
3. Meanwhile, mash avocado with lime juice. Season to taste. Top each potato with the cottage cheese, mashed avocado, black beans, tomatoes, and coriander.
