After serving 18 years in the RAF I was medically discharged after being injured in active service. Help for Hero's helped with my rehabilitation and now I would like to give something back so they can help others. Im going to be taking part in a charity football match next year for @stars_united1 However before I get on the pitch I need to get ready.
