Ilocos showed up 🌼
My first time in Ilocos turned out to be a trip I’ll never forget. Each day had its own adventure, different roads, new places, and moments that made me stop and take it all in. From Laoag to Pagudpud, up to Mt. Kilang and the blazing mountain of the gods, and finally to Paoay, it was the kind of trip that reminds you why we ride.
One of the big highlights was climbing Mt. Kilang to reach the blazing mountain of the gods. It was a tough climb, but being up there made it all worth it. The views, the silence, the feeling of being so far from the city, it’s something I’ll definitely remember.
This was also my first time riding with RCC Manila, and I couldn’t have asked for a better introduction. To the beautiful people I met on this trip, thank you for the laughs, the energy, and the company. You made the ride extra special.
And of course, huge thanks to the @bikesandcoffeemanila and @rideoutmanila team for making this whole trip possible. Couldn’t have asked for a better way to see Ilocos for the first time. 🤍

Took a break from the usual crispy lenses today. 🤌🏻
Left the 50s at home and slapped on the @retro.dispo lenses for today. Brought the cam with me for our long ride and tried to shoot the whole thing with the disposables. Honestly, using these lenses really puts you out of your comfort zone. You gotta work a bit harder to setup the shot, but that’s part of the fun. It forces you to think different, shoot different. 🏄🏻♂️
The ride itself was a good one. Weather held up, no rain, not too hot either. Perfect day for climbing, shooting, and just getting lost in the rhythm of it all.
