Spend two weeks in the mountains and you’re bound to get some cloudy days… still no less breathtaking. There was no real objective on this short afternoon hike, except getting a bit more altitude to help with the acclimatisation. We headed upwards, leaving the yaks and village of Machermo behind, and followed the ribbons of prayer flags into the clouds. The wind picked up and it got pretty chilly, and 300m of climbing later we were pretty ready to head back down for an afternoon of black tea and getting lost in our kindles. #nepal #prayerflags #himalayas #namaste #hiking
