Italian Village, which opened in 1927, is one of the oldest restaurants still operating in Chicago and it’s the oldest italian restaurant in the city! The inside has beautiful decor and they’re famous for their incredible wine list with over 1,100 wines and 35,000+ bottles! perfect spot for a date night or italian dinner with friends/family! 🍝🍷

Today is day 3 of Chicagohenge- the phenomenon where the sun lines up perfectly with the streets of the city!☀️🌇 This happens twice a year in the city during spring and autumn equinoxes due to Chicago’s grid system design. The grid system is laid out east to west, which aligns with the sun rising and setting between the buildings. You can catch incredible sunrises & sunsets during Chicagohenge if visibility permits! 🙏🏼
