If you’re in New York this weekend and a Darren Criss fan, make sure to see Maybe Happy Ending on Broadway. Oh a whim, I snagged a last minute ticket to catch Darren before his last performance on May 17.
While I’m not usually a musical person, this is one of the BEST Broadway shows I have seen! Great story about human-like robots on an epic journey, with dynamic acting. Though what really excited me was the stage & set design! Immersive, moving parts, mixed media, a fusion of 50s nostalgia and futuristic elements. I am inspired & excited for the possibilities, as my projects shift toward stage design… can’t wait to get involved with entertainment productions!
