Let’s get one thing straight. I really hate both having my picture taken and putting it out there, for no other reason than it’s unnecessary! No one comes around here to look at my aged and rugged head! They come here to see beautiful created and well thought out (and sometimes not thought out) unique images of anyone other than me! So with that being said? Hi. I’m Jordan. I’m the photographer over here at Visual Soda however this is my side hustle. Photography started as a hobby and has become almost a full time gig. However my true full time job is making planes look pretty. How do you make planes look pretty? Well if you google any special or promotional ‘livery’ on qantas and Jetstar planes over the past twenty years? That’s me, and the almost awesome team I had. What’s a livery you ask? Well that’s everything to do with how the plane looks externally including those large murals and cool schemes on aircraft. When it comes to this little ‘Side hustle’ though? I pride myself on standing out. I pride myself on the trust I have with those that trust me enough with their images. I pride myself on being the most trustworthy and understanding photographer. I pride myself on the rapport with all of those spectacular humans that stand in front of my lens, as well as the wider community I choose to associate with! I pride myself on the locations I find. • T H E • D U N E S • •~•~•~•~•~•~•~•~•~•~•~•~•~•~•~•~• Introducing the amazing @stepphyxo •~•~•~•~•~•~•~•~•~•~•~•~•~•~•~•~• Once upon a time in, a shoot was organised with one hell of an amazing human in @del.siiii - Little did I know that when I rocked up to said shoot? There was also another incredible human! That obviously was Steph! The location was a back beach outside of Perth, with a beautiful vast beach and some amazing sand dunes with this very cool beachy vegetation, that worked perfectly with Steph’s choice of outfit. The shoot was super quick, but boy did we get some beautiful images! This is your sneak peek at what was just a bunch of fun, and I certainly hope we can hang out and do it all again very soon!! Thanks Steoh!! For allowing me to stand in front of you with my trusty camera!!

• L E T S • S M A S H • A • C A K E • •~•~•~•~•~•~•~•~•~•~•~•~•~•~•~•~•~•~•~• Featuring the birthday girl @mariam.inframe •~•~•~•~•~•~•~•~•~•~•~•~•~•~•~•~•~•~•~• A very cool photoshoot spent with the birthday girl who is now officially super old. Mariam’s idea to smash a cake turned into more of butchering the cake and smearing it over every surface imaginable! With sprinkles. And whipped cream. But as always? We manage to get some cool images, especially with this shoot being indoors. And we all know how I feel about that! So Happy birthday to one of my most photographed humans! It started with a photoshoot years ago and has turned into a fantastic little friendship! Thanks for the trust and support M!!! Let’s shoot again in a few weeks eh?

• S E T T I N G • A • S T A N D A R D • •~•~•~•~•~•~•~•~•~•~•~•~•~•~•~•~•~ There’s been so much going through my mind the past few months and I have had to sit with myself a lot regarding this little photography game that I absolutely adore playing! While I would never claim to be the pioneer of drone portraiture, I’ve spent the last 12 years refining my craft and exploring ways to blend drone imagery, cinematic movement, landscapes and vulnerable human connection and emotion into something that felt different. Something intentional. Over time, that evolution naturally led to a visual (no pun intended) style and approach that I feel has become instantly recognisable as my own. I guess what many people don’t see is the years spent researching, travelling, scouting, and sometimes risking everything to find the unique locations that became part of my visual identity. Places hidden deep in the landscape. Places most people would drive straight past. Places that took patience, vision, and obsession to uncover. Over time, I’ve watched familiar concepts, locations, compositions, and ideas begin appearing more and more across my own feed. And honestly, the feelings that come with that are part of being original. But originality has never just been about the drone, the model, or the location. It’s the vision behind it. The timing. The feeling. The ability to create something people recognise instantly, without needing a watermark. Anyone can recreate a shot, a video or imitate works seen. But creating a signature takes time, passion, sweat, and even tears! What I’ve decided is that I’m going to try to continue focusing on pushing boundaries, discovering new landscapes, evolving creatively, and staying true to the work that built this incredible community (that means you reading this) in the first place. Authenticity will always carry differently. I definitely have an obsession to setting a standard! I appreciate each and every one of the models featuring in this video, that there are far too many to tag, for their trust, and visions, and allowing me to hone my craft with them. • I N S I D E • W I T H • T A H L I A • •••••••••••••••••••••••••••••••••••••••• Featuring the amazing @tahliaajanee__ •••••••••••••••••••••••••••••••••••••••• It’s been way too long without a touch of Tahls on my gallery so let me remedy that! Anyone that knows anything about me, absolutely knows I rarely shoot indoors. So this shoot scared me! But the minute we started shooting the fear went away. Tahlia is just one of those humans that makes things look and feel easy. She is a fantastic human, with the highest professionalism, a crazy good sense of humour and just a pleasure to hang out with for a few hours. In saying that I think it’s been far too long since our last shoot and I think the world requires us to create something magical again! I think she is super special and these shots (even indoors!!) came up a treat! Thanks as always to you Tahls. I appreciate the trust and the fun we have when we create! Ready to go again?

For this that have been here a while you will absolutely recognise her from two of the most amazingly cool shoots ever. However if you haven’t been here long? Worth scrolling back to find her and the words written about a truly unique, incredibly cool, resilient, and ridiculously kind human being. She looks bad ass. I’m sure she can be bad ass however is a big teddy bear to me with a big ole gooey heart! And I wouldn’t have her any other way! Is it time to go away again yet F-Bomb?

• A • T O U C H • O F • B L U E • ~•~•~•~•~•~•~•~•~•~•~•~•~•~•~•~•~•~•~•~ Featuring the super gentle @sashahinchcliffe ~•~•~•~•~•~•~•~•~•~•~•~•~•~•~•~•~•~•~•~ In the spirit of the upcoming ALLSTARS salt lake tour hosted by Visual Soda, I thought I would revisit one of the most memorable shoots I’ve had out there. Sasha had an idea to be painted however the paint job didn’t turn out anything like we thought it would, but boy did it work out amazingly. I adore these images and sash and I have shot a few times now with just beautiful results. A quality human that starts off being the most quiet person you’ve met and once you gain her trust? That becomes the absolute opposite! I love creating with her, and she may or may not be on the next salt lake trip as well ;) Thanks Sasha! Until next time!

A • W E S T E R N • D E L I G H T • •••••••••••••••••••••••••••••••••••••••••••••••••••• Introducing the very cool @del.siiii to the VS Family! •••••••••••••••••••••••••••••••••••••••••••••••••••• This shoot definitely wins the ‘Mystery’ award. The amazing models (yes models - more on that later) were a mystery to me. The wardrobe was a mystery to me. The location was a mystery to me. And the thought of any outcome? Was a complete mystery to me. Until I got to the location and it was stunning. Until I met Danielle and she was all kinds of fantastic. Until I heard and saw what the wardrobe would be for the shoot. And only after all that? I knew the outcome would be perfect. It ended up being a relatively short shoot but we created some amazing images and videos. And these are just a few. I love the spontaneity of a shoot that brings good people together. This was that shoot. Thanks for your trust @del.siiii until next time!!

❦ T H E • L O V E R ❦ •~•~•~•~•~•~•~•~•~•~•~•~•~•~•~•~•~•~•~•~• Starting the most incredible human I know, and love, and swing hands with, and do life with: @the.abundant.soul •~•~•~•~•~•~•~•~•~•~•~•~•~•~•~•~•~•~•~•~• It seems this clip as a story was just too popular not to add as a reel. Between the sheer beauty of the waterfall, and the absolute beauty of the stunning human in it. I was in pure bliss. This my friends, is what heaven looks like. Especially for me. With my partner in crime. With her being so content. Calm. Relaxed and happy. Which is all I want to see, being that she means the absolute world to me. If you haven’t heard about her? + T H A T + S U N S E T + G L O W + ~•~•~•~•~•~•~•~•~•~•~•~•~•~•~•~•~•~•~•~• Featuring the super energetic @tayylaajaddee ~•~•~•~•~•~•~•~•~•~•~•~•~•~•~•~•~•~•~•~• Just a throw back to not only one of the quickest shoots I have ever had, being all wrapped up in half an hour. But it was absolutely one of my most memorable. @tayylaajaddee was many things during the start of this shoot. High energy and talkative and probably a little M-Rated for a family beach! But I absolutely adored seeing her stripped back (no pun intended) and seeing a remarkable human being, watching her soften and seeing, meeting, and spending a brief moment with a down to earth, honest and quietly vulnerable young lady. I adored this shoot. And those sunset colours?!! I’m still trying to track her down to one spot so we can maybe try a 45 minute shoot next and really take it to the next level! lol. I look forward to that day immensely! Thanks T - you are all kinds of awesome.

< P I N K • L A K E • S T R I K E S • A G A I N > ~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~ Featuring the very special @marenmcl22 ~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~ When strangers become the most amazing friends. Maren has been to this salt lake numerous times now! The irony of that is that if it wasn’t for the salt lake trips I host, I would never have met one of my dearest friends…who just happens to be the husband of this amazing human. We have all become super close, so being friends and having the opportunity to create some fantastic images? Makes it just that little bit more special. But there is also a different banter, and a different build up to the shoot. This shoot was my favourite with Maren so far, and we have shot all over the place, unloading island in Indonesia. There was nil pressure. Plenty of laughs and good times at the lake. All with our partners in tow watching from the side lines. Just another great experience. Thanks again for trusting me Maren! • O N E • R E M A R K A B L E • H U M A N • ••••••••••••••••••••••••••••••••••••••••••• Featuring the superhuman @dancergyal_ ••••••••••••••••••••••••••••••••••••••••••• A mega post of quite simply one of my favourite people to hang with for a few hours. It seems we have had an annual shoot the past few years which means we are sure to catch up again for the next round! One of the fittest, and most passionate humans I have had the pleasure of creating a little bit of magic with. She has an awesome sense of humour and can dance her backside off better than anyone I have seen. I’m honestly humbled she trusts me enough to stand in front of my lens. Thanks Han!
