POV: hitching a lift from the coolest ride in town.
The aerial tram at Pipestem Resort State Park features spacious cabins and descends 1200 feet to the Bluestone River. At its base is the Mountain Creek Lodge, a secluded lodge featuring a gift shop and an on-site restaurant. Once guests reach the bottom of the Bluestone Gorge, they have the option to hike the Bluestone Turnpike or relax beside the water. At times of high water levels, riders can bring down their kayaks to paddle the Bluestone.

We are so ready to spend summer evenings at Mountain State Mini Golf. Located at the Chocolate Moose in Beckley, this mini golf course is a WV-themed course featuring some of the state's icons. The first challenge, starting off strong on hole #1, is getting your ball across the New River Gorge Bridge.
