✨ I literally think this is one of my favourite phrases to say at the minute 💕, I’m generally such a positive person and try my best always to see the good side of things✨

I think what we’re going through and dealing with at the moment sometimes hits us, and on last week it hit me hard, so I took the weekend away from insta to just relax and I feel lots better 🌸
.
.
I think it’s hard sometimes not knowing how long we’re going to be like this and be stuck in limbo, not being able to see our family and friends properly or be able to give them a hug 🤗, I think what I realised is that this is a big rollercoaster 🎢 of emotions and it’s ok to feel up and down as none of us have experienced this before 🌸

I know I struggle not having control of knowing when this will end or that I can end it... and it gets overwhelming sometimes. On Sunday I just wanted to go out walking and just sit and look around and think of the good things and I did exactly that 🙌🏼✨

Taking it one day at a time is all that we can do at the moment! ☺️ and I wanted to share this as I think it’s important to know we’re all in this together and it’s ok to feel upset, frustrated and sad about the situation sometimes - it’s totally normal ❤️

🤔 FRIDAY MOOD - #REFLECTION 🤔
How’s everyone’s week been? I’ve been finding myself in a very reflective mood this week. As we head towards the end of the first month into the year, I guess it’s pretty natural to look back on what’s happened. In one breath #2020 was very eventful mostly in a sad way and it looks like #2021 is not slowing down.
In 2021 I have a new found love and appreciation for the smallest things that may not mean much to others, I value the sentimental things.
Being an avid #Explorer as many of you are within the current state of the world has meant no #travel. HOWEVER, staying put has allowed me room for meditating, taking in the fresh air and being mindful of my mental well-being.
I really hope we can explore again soon, but I’m also very aware of how blessed we are to be #present in the now. Just being present has filled me with so much joy. I think I’ll make it a priority to mind my physical and #mentalwellbeing.
