The secret is out! Glenrock State Conservation Area has cracked NSW’s top 10 most popular national parks and reserves, drawing an estimated 1.5 million visitors in 2024–2025 and cementing its reputation as one of the Hunter’s favourite spots for bushwalking, mountain biking and coastal nature experiences.
Featuring 34km of mountain biking trails and popular whale-watching spots, the area is home to 10 threatened animal species and has been used for thousands of years by the Awabakal people, with a history that also includes mining operations.
