Keyleth and Vax'ildan come to Camp Cosplay. Spent 10 minutes with @ixtran and @zmariecos during the Critical Role session at Camp Cosplay chapter 2. I think this video perfectly shows off the vibe of the event, with going back and forth talking through the images, but sharing a laugh with others as they go to do their photoshoots. I had three @godox_global AD200's (1st - 3rd gen) dotted around. The ground wasn't stable enough for me to trust adding the weight of a octobox. POV Photoshoot vid with Hijabi Hoo as Mizu from Blue Eye Samurai. I am so happy we finally got to get some images of Mizu in the snow, and create some images with a similar vibe to the show. It was so slick and I hope the second season keeps the same cinematic beauty as the first season. Still getting to grips with POV filming and using Davinci Resolve to edit. Hopefully the more I do, the more you'll see me develop :) Photographs taken using a Nikon D750 and 85mm lens. Flashes at all @godox_global AD200s (I have 1 of each of the versions), and I used @adobe Photoshop's generative fill to add a Tori Gate into the background of some of the images (fyi I didn't use AI to make and changes to the cosplayer).

@shanshan.cosplay as Sakuko from Silent Hill F. When I saw Shan's cosplay I knew it would be a perfect excuse to get my smoke machine involved next to this gate to capture the atmosphere of the game (which I still haven't played). , ?⁣ ’ .⁣⁣I wasn’t sure what to take to Camp Cosplay’s glow-zone event but it turns out Evangelion was the perfect choice - with the flash set up Nick created we got a perfect Unit-01 coloured railing and a dramatic shadow where the Eva units are DEFINITELY being worked on. First photo from the @pixplay_events photoshoot at @cowdengarden from the start of this month! As always it was a wonderfully organised event and it was amazing to work with @visionvssight . After a bit of moving about my plans I'm so happy I brought Ryvari, my DND OC, out again for the first time in over a year as I really love cosplaying her and she fit the gardens so well as a pop of pink against all the greens and neutrals. Ryvari is a bladesinging wizard, and whilst I got the "she fights with a sword" parts pretty down in previous photos I felt the dancing aspect (which is also tied to her background as a follower of Eilistraee) wasn't as obvious. I tried to bring a bit more grace and interesting poses into it this time and I think it worked well! If you need a sign to cosplay your OC, count this as it as it's so much fun.
