We dove right in 💦 to the freezing water at The Narrows—hiking beneath 2,000-foot canyon walls in Zion National Park. One of the most incredible hikes we’ve ever done.
Utahs “Mighty Five” National Parks road trip for Spring Break. First stop was Zion NP. Hiking Angel’s Landing, literally and figuratively took our breath away. Known for being one of the most dangerous hikes in the US, the chain linked section narrows to one foot wide and leads to amazing views of the canyons.
Grateful for moments like this that remind you just how big and beautiful the world is

The Big Island. The island we were stranded due to emergency evacuations for a Tsunami threat. Everything worked out fine, we got to higher ground and waited out the tsunami. But, we did not know where we were going to stay that night. Thankfully we felt the Aloha Spirit and a family took us in to their Tree House - where they live off the grid raising their own farm animals and growing their own fruits and vegetables. We had nothing but the clothes on our backs, but it looked like we were on a Hawaii farm excursion.
“O’ahu never cease to amaze me.” Still my favorite island because there is just so much to do. From snorkeling at Hanauma Bay and visiting waikiki beach to taking in the tranquility of the North Shore and seeing Lanikai. It was a last minute vacation — but one we will always remember.
PIGEON FORGE ~ Went for Baseball ~ But was able to sneak in some family fun most days. We had a relaxing time tubing at RiverRat, riding rollercoasters at Dollywood, going on mountain coasters and just enjoying Tennessee ⛰️
Is it just me or did Summer FLY by?! These kids had the summer of their lives. They kept us busy with baseball camp ⚾️ pick ups that then turned into a full day of playing with their friends. Followed by begging to go fishing 🎣 and topped with wanting to have a sleep over. Time to go back to school boys! Lol. 😂
