How a French label is making bass and techno finally speak the same language. In a scene often divided by genre, Virtual Forest chooses to blur the lines. Born from the collision of three distinct musical backgrounds, the label uses cutting-edge sound design to evoke something deeply organic. Their latest project, Diplopia, embodies this philosophy: forcing the worlds of deep techno and bass music to confront one another. Dans le cadre du festival @nuits_sonores , @virtualforestrecords et le collectif d’artistes @polen_sound s’allient à @associationgaialyon pour proposer une sélection feutrée et fantasmagorique. Au programme: une session d’écoute ambient contemplative, sous les cèdres. Le champion du nouveau psychédélisme français 𝗦𝗼𝗹𝗺𝗮 proposera un live ambient inédit, suivi du fameux live 𝐵𝑖𝑜𝑡𝑜𝑝𝑒 à 8 mains en improvisation de 𝗣𝗼𝗹𝗲𝗻. Pour clôturer l’expérience, notre ambassadrice lyonnaise 𝗧𝗮𝘂𝗰𝗲𝘁𝗶 proposera un rare hybrid live tout en finesse et profondeur. Featuring the champion of the new French psychedelic scene, 𝗦𝗼𝗹𝗺𝗮, for a unique ambient live set, followed by 𝗣𝗼𝗹𝗲𝗻’s famous eight-handed improvised 𝐵𝑖𝑜𝑡𝑜𝑝𝑒 live performance.
