Learning to be slow with this version of myself; I will never have her again. I can physically see and feel myself coming into my power in ways I never thought possible
Just a year ago, it felt like nothing was working for me and now I know that I can do anything and more. I feel like I’ve discussed the grief and mistakes that come along with growth; but I’ve never really touched on the rewards. In my experience, the rewards often times feel overwhelming. So much so, that I rush myself to the next social event or the next potential success
My advice to myself is to stay patient. Stagnant times are for rest and reflection ✨💫

It’s my birthday today. Like most birthdays, I reflect on the milestones I’ve reached throughout the years. For the longest time, I had this unshakable feeling of being on the outside looking in. A goal that felt unattainable, a lifestyle that felt out of reach. A self-imposed prison of unfairness which was built by my own fears. No price is too high for the cost of your own freedom and autonomy. I am giving myself the life I’ve always dreamed of ✨🌿
