House of Zemo.
I've always loved the look and colours of this Baron Zemo version, ever since the Secret Wars figure first came out. This Marvel Legends figure, in hand, feels even more badass, and I can totally see him being a very hands-on Hydra ruler, probably even more creative and ruthless than Red Skull.
