It’s been a real journey getting this out, full of ups and downs, but I’m so pleased to finally share it with you all.
The album was recorded live alongside a thunderstorm. This of course was not planned, but it became a gift that stayed with us throughout the whole process, giving it a character that money can’t buy.
I had to allow the storm to take the lead sometimes, to conduct and play it’s part, reminding me that music and life is not about ‘perfection’ or getting things right, but about capturing moments and succumbing to the elements that are out of our control.

There’s a lot of my own personal experiences and emotions in this; love, loss, grief, hope, awe, all that stuff. But I guess ultimately what I’m hoping to achieve, is to make music where people can find a space for thought, reflection, emotion and peace, the same I have found in others.
Anyway, for now. Take it with you through the fields, the streets or in your home, it’s yours. I hope you enjoy.
