Glazed has been quietly finding its audience on YouTube for a while now… so this one’s for the people who meant to watch but got busy, and the ones who were unaware (or just not that interested 😄). Just a small, friendly nudge. It started with a simple question while I was writing, how do you talk about something important without being preachy, and still keep it entertaining? That thought turned into a short film, a festival run, a lot of learning, and finally this 4-minute story. I’m told the average Instagram attention span is under a minute, so thanks for giving it a little extra time. If it makes you smile, think, or feel something… that’s more than enough.

And by God’s grace and big thanks to my body, this Thursday I achieved 21 kilometres in one hour, 40 minutes 30 seconds with an average pace of 4.47 Minute per kilometre.
I never thought in my dreams that I would achieve this timing, because 8 years back in 2017 I achieved 21 kilometres in one hour, 59 minutes, 21 seconds. Approx 20 mins faster this time
