The importance of the Amazon rainforest to the world is being looked over by corporations and by all of us. The destruction of the natural world is not only unbalancing the earth, but it is also self-destruction.I had the opportunity to see it all first hand while shooting a documentary with @amazoniaensina who is fighting to spread the word of the importance of preserving the Amazon, and supporting sustainable projects in the region.The documentary focuses in one of their expeditions through the Amazon’s rivers and forests with a group of multidisciplinary professionals and students, looking to understand the richness of the region and connect to the locals and nature. The documentary shows destruction, but also hope.
