Our panelists for the #HerWellnessExperience explored the gap between appearance and reality in women’s wellness; particularly for those who are high-performing, visible, or responsible for others.
Through different lenses; sport, corporate leadership, science, and creative work, each speaker revealed that wellness is often negotiated, delayed, or compromised, even by those who understand it deeply. The conversation moved beyond idealised self-care and instead exposed the tension between knowing, doing, and sustaining wellbeing in demanding environments. We shared, asked and in someway, received clarity in our journey.
Rather than offering solutions, the discussion reframed wellness as an ongoing practice of honesty, boundaries, and self-awareness; especially for we women expected to function at a high level across multiple roles.
