Luke Mackenzie has spent the last 4 years at the healm of one of Melbourne hospitalities best known institutions - Tipo 00, after sharpening his craft through some of Scotland’s top kitchens.
Charlie Osbourne is a winemaker by trade and heads sales for Vinify — with a serious soft spot for the wines of Northern Italy.
