I bought this 1997 twin turbo Supra from the original owner! Buttttt it was a bit of a pile. Owning since new meant he had it through the times when these now legendary cars were worth next to nothing, so it wasn’t always treated like a prized asset.
It had a respray but was never fully put back together, leaving the exterior looking rough and unfinished. In true early 2000s fashion, the trunk used to house four 15s (see no wires) but those were long gone. I did, however, get to remove the ~50 lbs of leftover wiring. Mechanically it seemed solid with the only bummer being that it is an auto… but we’ll fix that too.
Overall I’m pumped with how this little resto turned out. We wet sanded the paint and brought it back to near perfect with @gtechniq_na . Then I sourced brand new OEM headlights, badges, and as much trim as I could find. That part sucked, and I’m still chasing small pieces all over. It’s now sitting on @bcracingna suspension with some mandatory Supra items from @maperformance including an FMIC and exhaust so it looks like a proper jza80.
Next up, I already picked up a V160 swap that I’ll be doing with @pbr_supra for a full OEM swap. Then maybe we go for four digit horsepower and fully live out my streetfire.net dream.
When I was younger I would rip out the AC to save weight now i will move mountains to put it back in. Maybe it’s age, wisdom or living in an always hot and always traffic place but OEM AC in the 4.1L GT3 was an absolute project that transformed the car more than anything else.
Hello! I took a break from content the past few weeks. I haven’t posted here in a month, skipped some uploads on yt and went to Japan during TAS week and didn’t make a single thing. Truthfully, I just felt burned out on creating and sick of the endless noise on all platforms.
I wish I could say I returned from the break and trips full of life and inspiration, but there is enough fake motivational garbage on here. I did, however, appreciate the time off. Spending it with family and friends with the ability to just chill and enjoy the time and hobby I love so much without making it work was great.
So here are 20 pics I sent my mom in the past month. Notes: Christmas was sick, we got snow in NY and I gave someone their dream car! I sold off some cars that made people stoked (and me sad lol) and went to Japan for 10 days with hardly any agenda besides to hang out, eat and do a track day at Fuji Speedway.
I have some big updates coming. Some good, some sad but all leading towards a better future. Or at least thats what I’m telling myself. Teaser is in one of the slides.
Does anyone read captions?
I just wanna know which wheels Jermaine Dupri swapped these out for. Finally got the 360 out of the garage with the new wheel setup and I’m loving it. OG Speedline Alessio with meaty @yokohamatire A052s give the 360 a completely different vibe from the 19” color matched TE. Hopefully the 360 goes back to daily duty in 2026 (it’s broken again).
Finally got Pop’s 70 done and dialed. Lots of time and effort went into building the perfect street machine he’s always wanted. @pennzoil helped make my dream of building this car a reality. #LongMayWeDrive
It’s a fully modified car that looks stock, my specialty. The super low stance paired with fitted wheels hint that there is more than meets the eye. Behind the @classicindustries upsized OEM-look wheels are multi-piston @baer_brakes all around and behind those, it’s got @qa1motorsports 2-way coilovers, tubular arms, swaybars and a @detroitspeed quick ratio steering box. This thing drive amazing! Especially being 100% off the shelf parts for the chassis refresh. (Yes I have a new Baer master cylinder to replace the crusty stock one)
Under the hood I swapped out the old 396 with a @blueprint_engines 502ci that pumps out 620HP! It’s a proper old school big block but with aluminum heads, a roller cam and @vintageair_ ! It’s backed up by a @gearstarpro 4L80e for extra freeway cruising. A 3” @magnaflow exhaust and tons of @holleyperformance parts to get it finished up.
It’ll stay in CA for the winter then it and the GTI will go back to NY. Will miss these here but I need the garage space back.
Let’s settle this once and for all. No chance am I getting rid of the blue wheels but these were too cool with too wild of a story to pass up (last 2 slides, great & terrible ☠️)
How would you rank the M3 by generation? It’s no secret that I am an m3 fanboy. After buying the e30 I’ve now owned every gen so I figured it would be a fun video. Also, super hyped that I have a group of friends who have beautiful white M3s for this lineup.

Owning the two best generations of M3 in identical specs is unreal to me. I’m actually sad to be giving the e92 Clubsport to one of you (last slide).
If the e30 looks familiar, it’s because it is THAT car. The one that was given away recently. I didn’t win it (I never do), but the person who was lucky enough, didn’t want it. I was at the right place at the right time and caught the deal before he listed the car. Very stoked I get to check this one off the bucklist! So now @gtechniq_na cleanup for both of these absolute gems on this gloomy Saturday.
