It was around minus fifteen, insanely windy, and honestly uncomfortable. My hands were freezing and the tripod kept shaking, but I didn’t want to leave. When the Northern Lights finally showed up, everything else disappeared. Standing there, cold and tired, watching the sky move felt unreal. I knew this was something I’d remember forever.
