I don’t even know how to pick the moments. So much happened this year, so many realizations, forward movement and back sliding at the same time. Parts of self realized and other parts left starving. Friends made at the intersection of synchronicity and hard work, loved ones lost but never love lost. Everyone I got to see was a blessing and everywhere I got to go was a mile further than I had ever been. My hope is that we all get to be together more, get to laugh longer, get to use our hands to do the things we love and our minds to imagine new ways to do them. Building @whiskeycreekzocalo has been a dream come true and like any good dream the sacrifices have been steep. May we all enjoy both equally. 1: I begin a long motorcycle ride from NM @jacumbabreakdown 2: Behind the scenes of the @harleydavidson x @dickies commercial with @spacefades lil pup pup 3: Getting ready for our first music festival and motorcycle show at @whiskeycreekzocalo 4: Sitting with my grandmother as my grandfather passes 5: @martinwgropper makes art on my 73 to keep me safe as I attempt to ride to @theprowl_az 6: @the_lalom play a second sold out show at @whiskeycreekzocalo and a friendship is forged 7: Outside the premier of our first film @silvercityfilmfest w @martinwgropper 8: We save and heal a wolf we find and name him Palo, a gift 9: I catch a hawk with my bare hands, an intense moment between us 10: @revhortonheatofficial plays the Zocalo for our first music festival, we sell out two nights 11: I step back on stage for the first time in years at @launchpadabq for @yeahrightpos return to music 12: @happyapplespress and @celiahay_ have their wedding in the lodge @below_mismo_lodge 13: I trek to New Orleans and see my old friend @jaimewyatt for the first time in 6 years 14: The ceremony of getting ready to make The WCZ News, one of our more successful campaigns 15: We reopened the lodge room for artists in residence w/ @houseofarulu 16: New friends are forged w/ @shannonshaw and @marysimich 17: A moment before a motorcycle ride w/ @the.rey.wolf 18: We bring the process of building our offrenda for the dead 19.
