The 9th installment in our “Enjoy the Sound” series features the legendary Lexus LFA, which appeared in a full acceleration test from 0 km/h all the way to the speed limiter.
Powered by the naturally aspirated 4.8-liter V10 engine, the 1LR-GUE produces 560ps and 48.9kgm of torque. In testing, the LFA recorded a 0–180 km/h time of 11.34 seconds and achieved a top speed of 284.78 km/h.
Driven by Akira Iida, this Japanese super sports car delivers a breathtaking V10 soundtrack under full-throttle acceleration — an absolute must-hear for any car enthusiast!

A dream collaboration between RE Amemiya and TOP SECRET has brought to life the legendary “THE SEC ‘RE’T 7,” which went on to win the Grand Prix at the Tokyo Auto Salon 2026.
At its heart sits a naturally aspirated 3-rotor engine producing 320ps, carefully tuned with street usability in mind. The car features 19-inch OZ wheels, R35 GT-R brakes, BRIDE seats embroidered with both legendary tuners’ logos, bespoke aero parts created exclusively for this machine, and stunning graphics designed by Manabu Suzuki — making it a showcase packed with highlights from every angle.
The full feature also includes rare test-drive footage with Amemiya-san and Smokey Nagata behind the wheel together.

騎乗したのはラーマン山田。京都は嵐山･高尾パークウェイを完全封鎖して行われた「峠スーパーフェス チューニングかータイムアタック」企画ではトップタイムをマークする快走を決めており、峠道に響くチューンドVR38DETTの咆哮は必聴！
The 8th installment of our “Enjoy the Sound” series features a Nissan GT-R (R35) built by GLOBAL AUTO
. Its VR38DETT engine has been enlarged to 4.3L and paired with a GT1000+ turbo kit, producing an incredible 1,100PS and 141kgf/m of torque in full circuit-spec form.
Behind the wheel is Rahman Yamada. During the “Touge Super Fest Tuning Car Time Attack” event, held on the fully closed-off Arashiyama–Takao Parkway in Kyoto, he delivered a blistering run that secured the fastest time of the event.
The roaring sound of the heavily tuned VR38DETT echoing through the mountain roads is something every car enthusiast needs to hear!
