I had an Easter delivery from @vidabakery this morning! And I cannot tell you how AMAZING this gluten free (and vegan) hot cross bun cookie is!
I had the cookie this afternoon with a cup of coffee in the garden and wow!
I don't know how but there is even a taste of butter, like it's just been toasted 🥰🥰
