An Authorized Specialty Coffee Association Trainer (AST) and SCA Q Instructor, Vicky has been active in coffee education since 2015 and began her judging journey in 2014. She has served as a sensory and technical judge across multiple World Coffee Events competitions, including the Japan Barista Championship 2025 as Sensory Judge and the Indonesia Brewers Cup 2025 as Final Head Judge.
She is also the Founder of Twi A Coffee Roasters, where she runs a coffee shop, small roastery, and training programs for cafés and companies.

《2025 recap》
2025年初,我為自己設下一個目標,一個對我來說蠻重要且有點壓力的目標。
2025的上半年,以完成世界烘焙賽及世界沖煮賽為主。從年中開始為達成目標設定完成計劃。
年中開始至年底,去了新加坡、馬來西亞、南韓、日本、義大利、泰國,包含臺灣賽事及世界咖啡師大賽,一共完成了10個WCC賽事。
其中一趟最硬的旅程是,凌晨降落至桃園機場,然後先生載我到台北松山機場搭一早往金門的飛機去評比賽(我為什麼會這樣排程?😂
在2025年,我要特別感謝我先生(晉升為神隊友?)。沒有我先生扛住女兒,扛住家裡,這條路不知道是否能走得到盡頭。我公婆、大姑、姐夫也是義無反顧地支持我,由衷地感恩與感謝。
在這條旅途中,有許多一起工作的同事、朋友、室友、前輩、代表們都幫助我非常多,我謹記在心。
也謝謝我的摯友及同班跟隔壁班同學堅定地相信我、支持我。
新的一年,願大家都能完成自己的目標,健康、平安、喜樂❤️
At the beginning of 2025, I set a goal for myself—one that was significant to me and came with a bit of pressure.
The first half of 2025 was primarily focused on completing WCRC and WBrC. From mid-year onwards, I shifted gears to execute the plan set to achieve my ultimate goal.
From the middle of the year to the end, I traveled to Singapore, Malaysia, South Korea, Japan, Italy and Thailand. I completed a total of 10 WCC events, including the competitions in Taiwan and WBC.
Being able to achieve my goals in 2025 is largely thanks to my husband. Without him taking care of our daughters, I don’t know if I could have made it to the end of my goal. Big thanks to my husband’s family as well to support me unwaveringly. I am filled with sincere gratitude.
Throughout this journey, so many colleagues, friends, roommates, mentors and reps have helped me immensely—I will always keep this kindness in my heart.
I also want to thank my best friends for steadfastly believing in and supporting me.
In 2026, may everyone achieve their own goals. Wishing you all health, peace, and joy❤️
《TBC Workshop》
This year, we have David and Joe as our Reps for Taiwan Barista Championship. They delivered the core value of WCC and showed us how it really gonna work during the two-day workshop.
David also prepared some prize for judges, and the winning team is generous to share that with all judges to celebrate the successful workshop.
I am happy to be here again to support and learn from all. Looking forward to this coming championship in November .
《2026 KCRC》
It was an unforgettable experience in Korea. I flew to Korea right after the preliminary round of Taiwan Roasting Championship, also for the National Roasting Championship of Korea.
Every time I learned something more, from the organizer, judges, reps, and the competitors.
When I cupped those coffee, it was like the message telling by the competitors. I felt grateful to be supported by Hendri and Inyoung, these two amazing and lovely Reps.
And the interpreter, Manje, really helped a lot. The cupping manager and the stage manager were amazing as well. Everything worked smoothly with their support.
Thanks KCRC for having me to be one of them. Thanks to all competitors to try their best to give their best batch. Thanks to all the judges for their hard work to find out the details in different profiles of one coffee.
It was my honor to work with KCRC this time. Hope seeing all in the future again😊

It’s my honor to be a part of SNBrC and MBrC this year. I am inspired by all the competitors, judges, organizers and the staff. Especially those amazing Reps who I worked with are always giving me support and feedback❤️
The food, the weather is all wonderful to me.
I would try my best to keep working and going, hoping that I would be back again to work with these amazing people.
