First and foremost God is the greatest and I credit him for all the beautiful moments in my life. I’m just a kid from Fayetteville, North Carolina that started this journey in my mom’s garage thinking I was going to learn how to cut hair as a side hustle to make $5-$10 in a college dorm. By the time I would be graduating, I grew a burning passion for the impact I started to have on the people in my chair, I was becoming what my barbers at
@barberkings were to me. God told me specifically that “If I took barbering serious, it would open doors for me”. That message told me that there is something pre written for my life that I had to see unfold. The hardest boss I have ever worked for, is myself. I pushed myself daily, through thick and thin, to expand the possibilities of what a “Barber” could achieve. I have a strict vision, that whatever it is you are passion about, there is a way for you to make an impact with it. This is a result of what hard work, dedication, sacrifices, and keeping God first can do for your life. No college degree, no short cuts, no hand outs, there is no limit other than the one you put on yourself. It doesn’t matter what your political views are, I love everybody, I accept everybody, and I support you making your voice heard in any capacity. Today I stood for something, I used my craft, and voice to address a world leader on issues that matter to me, and yes, we talked a lil bit about hip hop and sports 😂 I thank everybody that has supported me in any way along this journey, none if this is possible without yall, thank you to my incredible team
