I’ve actually been working harder than ever behind the scenes on projects I can’t fully share yet… a new video project, a new book, and a new fine art series.
There’s something beautifully romantic about creating quietly for a while. About pouring yourself into the work without immediately posting every piece of it online.
I’ve been investing deeply into what’s next, and honestly… it’s been a lot. But in the best way.
My biggest project yet gets announced this Sunday.

There is something sacred
about living among the oldest bones of the earth.
The Blue Ridge Mountains
do not just exist,
they remember.
They hum with stories older than language,
older than hands learning how to heal.
You can feel it in the wind,
the quiet presence of everyone
who has ever wandered these hills
searching for something they couldn’t quite name.
And somehow,
the mountains answered.
In birdsong that feels like prayer,
in the hush between the trees,
in the way the earth holds you
without asking you to be anything but here.
Guided by something older than technique,
older than training,
I listen.
I soften.
I serve.
Because healing was never something I learned.
It is something I remembered here.
