My dude Crash @crashdangdoodle came to me with a great song and a pretty rad idea for a video for it. Simple but clever, single take, with set and lighting gags along with some other actions with a little help from our friends. Great way to spend a Monday evening. Maliboo.

It was really a dream come true being able to work in the Star Wars universe, even being a bit of an offshoot ;) Just having the iconic characters around was a bit surreal. Then lighting this and a couple other SW scenes was wild, as I’m putting a bit of my vision into the world. This was my biggest lighting set up on the show with 25 or so fixtures being used. A tad excessive(see last frame)but also needed with the tricky scenario. So much fun and I’m so grateful for the opportunity and I hope to be a part of a Star Wars motion picture team one day! Had an epic case of the Mondays a few weeks back. All time So-Cal pow day at Mt Baldy. Many props and thanks to the crew for being the only mountain able to open from the storm! Side note, I plan on posting much more as I’ve barely been on here the last year or so. Lots of work and life lived to share and thousands of photos sitting on drives that need to get out there, just for fun 🤙🏼 they’ll be pretty random and of varying quality because I really can’t think too much on what or why to post or it will never happen!

Stoked this is finally out in the wild! We made this short doc about an artist and his process towards the end of quarantine over many weeks and hours. Centered around a portrait of Tyler Durden(Brad Pitt) we explore the why's and how's of this massive undertaking and the influence of the film Fight Club. When you know, you know….I’ve always been a little uncertain with that phrase when it comes to a partner in life or soulmate, but I’ve undoubtedly felt it throughout my being about @littlekorboose since we met! From that moment on a beach in San Diego, magic has been guiding us and unfolding our crisscrossed lives to see everything we’ve both desired in a partner. With the biggest heart imaginable and the smartest person I’ve known, she’s captured my heart fully with her love, honesty, words, beauty, wisdom, talents, passion and playfulness as we’ve become best friends and so much more. And very quickly I knew I wanted to spend the rest of my days with her. Luckily she’s agreed!!!! We’ve had so many incredible adventures and experiences already and I cannot wait to see what is in store for us in the future! No matter what though, we’ll be together, so it will be perfect. Cheers to more fairytale magic April and I’m so grateful we’ve waited for and finally found each other. 😘💖🥂♾
