Hello friends, I've been back in the studio sifting, sorting and carving the track selections for Return to TROG. It'll probably take me most of the year but that's ok right? Album number 4 should be out in a few months too.

We’re happy to announce today is release day of the new 16PAD NOISE TERRORIST vinyl LP / digital “Return“ on HANDS! It’s released on mango yellow vinyl and limited to 200 copies. 16PAD NOISE TERRORIST . Return . limited lp /digital lp limited to 200 copies mango yellow vinyl . full printed cover . HANDS V086 With Return, 16PAD NOISE TERRORIST strikes back and delivers a six track vinyl LP that is as intricate as it is uncompromising. These tracks embody a refined artistic vision-brittle yet fragile, alluringly atmospheric yet strangely abrasive. The album was mastered and gutted by nobody less then Stefan Bethke aka Pole. Three brand-new tracks offers a kind of essence of 16PAD NOISE TERRORIST over 15 years of existence, while three high-caliber remixes reimagine the material in unexpected directions. “Musical Respectives” comes remarkably close to standard dancefloor compatibility, while “Mangogirl VIP” wobbles through melancholic, atmospheric depths with a haunting presence. “Illustra Ton” is an abstract construction, hinting at breakcore with its unsettling use of samples. The remixes bring their own distinct flavors, each shaped by the legacy of its creator: POLE, the legendary architect of minimalist dub aesthetics an MUTE label artist, transforms “The Poison Ivy Song” into a digital swansong - a delicate echo in an infinite void. CRISTIAN VOGEL, a pioneer of techno and electronic on labels like Tresor and NovaMute since the early 90s, strips “Mangogirl VIP” down to a skeletal, haunting structure, and SKAM label artist VHS Head, known for his deconstructed sonic collages, turns “Illustra Ton” into an almost playful breakbeat workout. A challenging yet mesmerizing release, and quite a return, which comes in a lavish limited run of 200 mango yellow coloured vinyl LPs w/ download code – time to act! Tracklist: A1 Musical Respectives A2 Mangogirl VIP A3 Illustra Ton B1 The Poison Ivy Song (Pole Remix) B2 Mangogirl VIP (Cristián Vogel Remix) B3 Illustra Ton (VHS Head Remix) #HANDS #handslabel #handsaysnoise #drumnbass #breakcore #industrialmusic
