It is officially the end of an era. After 15 years along side the best road dog a man could ask for, we had to put her to rest. Before the career, before the wife, and before the kids, it was just a man, his best friend, and the open road. Thinking back, it’s easy to say that having her in my life helped shape the young man I was becoming in my 20’s. While I was new to the big city and trying to navigate my own path in this world, she gave me the confidence in who I was and the dreams I had for myself. Without her, it’s hard to imagine I would be making money with a camera in the outdoors. She was the ultimate muse. Together we fell in love with wild places and sucking all the freedom out of that mountain air.
