Where else can a brand new discipline like Vertical Sequentials 8-Way be hosted than at @ClymbYasIsland 💫 This 32-foot windtunnel on Yas Island, Abu Dhabi, will be the location for the very first VS8 [Vertical Sequentials 8-Way] competition on January 15, 2026.  WHAT? Vertical Sequentials 8-Way is a new competition discipline combining dynamic, vertical flying with 3D formations and full or partial formation flips for 8 flyers. The competition will consist of a free routine and a compulsories part. WHEN/WHERE? Competition: January 15, 2026 at Clymb, Abu Dhabi during the EEIPC [15-18 January 2026]. Training workshop: 9-12 January, Clymb, Abu Dhabi GOAL To create the first VS8 competition, develop and test the competition and judging concept and build it up for the future. WHO? 5 teams from Australia, Europe, the United Arabic Emirates, the United States and a team with mixed nationalities. Dynamic Vertical Sequentials TUNNEL TO SKY CAMP The tunnel camp breaks down the different sequentials moves to teach flyers to fly every slot and then put the newly gained knowledge into practice in by creating a free routine that suits the level of the team. During the camp we focus on formation awareness, teamwork and flow. And then take everything we learned to the sky during a 3 day outdoor camp. 🪂 Coach/LO: Kim van der Horst To register, link in bio 🔗 WHAT’S INCLUDED Day 1 & 2: 1.5hrs of flying (Sunday evening/Monday) with availability for two groups Day 3 to 5: 3 days outdoor, 5/6 participants on 1 coach (one group) Aim: 6 to 8 jumps/day from 13k, weather permitting — REGISTRATION FEE & PRICES Double Up (1.5hr tunnel + 3 days outdoor): €580 Tunnel only (1.5 hours): €300 Outdoor only (5/6 on 1): €300 Jump tickets: 265 SEK ( There will be a 42 SEK add on per jump for the LO slot) — FLYING REQUIREMENTS Intermediate Confident in HU and HD. Safe and solid HU and HD mandatory!
