🖤 A Reflection After VERTBEQUE 2025
Since I started blading I see the same thing — people who only show up when there’s money involved, when there’s something to gain, when it fits their interests.
But real change, real community, doesn’t come from those moments. It comes from those who show up with love, not for profit.
To everyone who came to support this VERTBEQUE, to every sponsor who believed in us, and to every friend who gave their time, their hands, and their hearts — thank you. You’re the reason this event exists. You’re the reason this culture keeps breathing.
I’ve always been a pure vert skater — that’s where I come from, and that’s where my roots are.
But since the very beginning of my events, I’ve supported every discipline — street, park, real street, bowl, quads — all of them.
And to this day, I still do. Because I believe we’re all part of the same movement.
To all of us who truly love this — never forget: we are the change.
We are the ones shaping the future of this sport.
We are much more powerful than we think.
It’s time to stop being divided.
