Artist Highlight // Heather Griffin
Performing in Silver Foxes: The Eras Tour - May 9, 2026!
âHeather became addicted to the circus in 2018 on the day she learned how to climb a rope at SANCA. Thanks to her kids for joining the circus first and giving her a reason to take that class. Her kids left the circus long ago, but Heather plans to spend the rest of her life on the silks. She loves nothing better than busting out a split while spinning or making her mother gasp for the umpteenth time: âI canât watch!â Heather is jumping back in time to the early 80s era when Gen X watched Saturday morning cartoons on the television from 7 to 10am in their Underoos. Some people snacked on Cheerios or Wheaties?! but Heather perfected the fine art of sneaking a tower ofâŚ. (Come see the show)â
Why should people see the show?
âCircus is awesome and people are amazingly creative weirdos and we should all see as much circus as possible!â

Performing aerial rope in Silver Foxes: The Eras Tour - May 9, 2026!
âI was introduced to circus arts at 41. I was in a transitional point in my life where I was working to rediscover my sense of self, and I was drawn to the opportunity to move my body in ways that are both challenging and artistically interesting. I started doing partner acro, and I soon discovered my love for aerial rope & static trapeze. I will be performing on rope, exploring my experience of transitioning from being a married teen parent, raising kids, getting divorced, and into a space of freedom to be myself.â
Why should people attend the show?
âPeople often worry that theyâre too old to learn circus arts, or think that getting older means losing the ability to do hard physical things. This show is full of amazing, strong artists who prove that art & athleticism has no age limits.â

Silver Fox performer spotlight: Duo Gemini!
We are so excited to have this dynamic duo back in the lineup for 2026. In their 12 years performing together, they have portrayed fictional characters from Twilight to Indiana Jones to superheroes. In their new act, they explore Sherlock Holmes and Doctor John Watson, in particular the mysterious âGreat Hiatusâ disappearance of Holmes from 1891 to 1894. Come to the show to find out what happened!
This Saturday, March 21, 4 and 7:30 pm.

Performer spotlight: Duble Buble
Some time after Silver Foxes 2024, Bev said to Cheryl: "Hey, we should do a comedy rope act together." And thus was born Duble Buble (pronounced Doo-blay Boo-blay), a partnership based on determining the funniest possible thing we can be doing on stage at any moment. Preferably involving a bucket.
Come see us on 3/21 in the Silver Foxes show at @newmoon.movementarts ! Ticket link in bio.

Silver Fox Performer Highlight: Danny B
Danny B got involved with aerial acrobatics because of a love of being upside down, a fear of heights, and seeing a show with an aerial act on a chandelier at a Capitol Hills events space in 2014. Now, after combining art forms, and lots of great coaching from amazing teachers, a storyteller has emerged to bring you physical poetry that will reconnect you to your human-ness, whether you need it or not. Behold! This is the story of the tiny flower of your love in the garden of my heart.

Performer spotlight!
We are over the moon to have this long-time VA alum back in town from sunny San Diego for her Silver Foxes debut. Heres what @jenn.kerrminator has to say about her return to the Seattle stage:
"Jenn loves to train aerial straps. She values steady progress and thoughtful movement.
She has long admired Silver Foxes as an inspirational celebration of experience and depth. Participating this year is a meaningful return to the community where her aerial journey began. She is grateful to be sharing the air again in the place that first gave her wings.
She finds herself in an era of discernment, learning to choose self-trust and to release what no longer fits. "
Don't miss this! Ticket link in bio.
Itâs time for the annual Silver Foxes circus showcase, wherein we prove that age is just a number and youâre never too old to join the circus!
For this yearâs theme, we also prove that we are hip and relevant by referencing one of the most popular musicians of our time: Taylor Swift. Our own Eras Tour may not make billions, but we will take you on a circus-y walk down memory lane, to eras both historical and personal. Weâve got some roaring 20âs, some swinging 60âs, some goth-y 80âsâŚ.so dress for your favorite era, grab your friendship bracelets, and join us!
Three shows: March 21 at New Moon Movement Arts in Greenwood; April 4 at the Bellingham Circus Guild; and May 9 at ECTA in Seattle.
