Three things we’re learning when it comes to AI — and why we’re all in:
#1 Speed without the sloppy.
We’re moving faster than ever without losing our edge. Think of it like a chef with a sharper knife — slicing hours, not corners.
#2 Tech that enhances taste.
AI isn’t replacing creativity — it’s the secret ingredient that makes every idea bolder. Like adding truffle oil, not removing the chef.
#3 Clients feel the difference.
More smiles. Faster approvals. Better outcomes. We’re not just experimenting — we’re delivering.
It’s like flying first-class with autopilot: you still need a great pilot, but the journey? Smoother than ever.
Got a project or wild idea in mind? Let’s build something remarkable — together.

Meet Briana!

Briana loves to help people achieve their best potential, and guide them through how to solve any bumps along the way.
Between her background in Health Care Administration, and her experience working within creative agencies, Briana is passionate about guiding brands to fruition with the help of Vers. She enjoys learning new skills and gaining experience in all areas of the creative world in order to best understand how to manage projects and create authentic relationships with team members and clients.

This is her stuff:
‍
Dog Mom Hat:Â I have two Dachshunds: Oscar Mayer who is 13 years old, and Snoop, who is 1.5 years old. Snoop was our quarantine breakdown purchase, and the best decision we have made yet! #dogmomlifeisruff
‍
Daily Planner: Nothing beats using a paper planner and checking off tasks. My type A personality thrives when I am able to plan and prepare...except when I use a pen and can’t erase it.
‍
Mug: Cute cup + coffee = happiness
‍
Flowers:Â There is something about having fresh flowers that brings a sense of love and comfort to a home. They are one of my favorite gifts to receive and to give.Â
‍
Karaoke Microphone: I take pride in knowing the lyrics of almost every song played, 99% of the time. I love all music, from Frank Sinatra to Queen… and I may turn any event into karaoke, at any moment, therefore the microphone has a built-in speaker as well.
‍
Charcuterie Board: One of my favorite hobbies is creating delicious charcuterie boards for family and friends to enjoy together. It is an art form that I have perfected, and consumed copious amounts of. *extra points if you know this cheese pictured, if you don’t, 10/10 must try*
‍
Hydroflask: I have been an avid Hydro Flask user for years, and I never leave the house without it. I do have a bone to pick though- why does it not fit in any car cup holder in the world?

“Consistency, not perfection, is what actually keeps content moving forward.” - Briana Yates
In this conversation, podcast host Trevor Grimes of THE CONTENT CROWD sits down with our very own @brianayatess , to talk about wrangling creatives, building trust with clients, and keeping projects on track without losing sight of the human side of the work.
The Content Crowd is available on Spotify, Apple Podcasts and other platforms.
Here are some ways to start measuring creativity without killing the soul of the work:
 • Impact: Did it move people to act, donate, or share? How? Clicks? • Clarity: Does the message land with the audience you intended? How do you know? Survey? Did we ask? • Craft: Is it executed with excellence, not just ideas thrown together? Whats the standard? • Resonance: Did it create conversation or just scroll-past silence? Earned Media? Buzz? Endorsements?

Next time you review a project, ask: • Does this feel human, or formulaic? • Did it solve the problem better than the last attempt? • Would we be proud to put our name on it five years from now?
Creativity isn’t just “done or not done.” It’s measurable, valuable, and worth grading well.
If you or your team need help measuring or maybe creating momentum with your organization’s creative and marketing strategies . We can help. Shoot us a DM and let’s work together .
Here’s why showing your face makes trust happen faster:

• People trust what they see. When you put your face out there, it’s like showing the cover of a book—suddenly people know what they’re picking up.

• Your face is a shortcut to memory. It’s like a logo you don’t have to design—every smile, quirk, or beard line becomes brand recognition.

• Expression beats explanation. A raised eyebrow or a grin says more than a paragraph—like emojis, but in 3D.

Is it my favorite thing in the world ? Nope… but my team pushes me to get my face out there and ultimately represent everything our agency and team is about.
If you’re tired of hiding behind a logo and ready to build a brand people actually connect with, shoot me a DM and let’s talk.
Send this to that one friend with a Beautiful Mind!
In the Award Wining classic “A Beautiful Mind”, Nash (Russell Crowe) didn’t just admire creativity… he mapped it out for us unlike anyone had before.
He measured patterns on glass, broke down strategy at a bar, and showed us that creative brilliance isn’t just mystical. It’s measurable.
As we know, creativity is indeed beautiful. But with the right mindset (and the right people), it’s also trackable. We can see the results, spot solutions, and scale impact.
Let’s not just celebrate the dreamers—let’s value the ones with a beautiful mind who can measure creativity itself.

Just a lil’ #throwbackthursday reminding us all that “You don’t have to be great to start, but you have to start to be great.” – Zig Ziglar
Greatness grows in community…and is usually way more fun too…. So show up, serve, and stand with others, because impact doesn’t wait for perfect timing.

4 major lessons from the Barrel’s Creative Crackdown…
(#UncleHerschel is back!)
Whether we got trolled, punk’d or just bullied… here are a few things we can learn from this #branding and #pr “#masterclass” from @crackerbarrel #crackerbarrel
====
First, controversy creates conversation. Cracker Barrel just got more free press than a Super Bowl ad. 13x so far to be exact.
Second, listening…. or at least looking like you listened works. The U-turn made them look humble and community-driven.
Third, never underestimate nostalgia. People weren’t defending pancakes, they were defending memories, road trips, and rocking chairs.
Fourth, they turned a design blunder into an earned media jackpot, two full rounds of national coverage for the price of one bad logo.
Stay true to your unique story and stamp, and always connect to your history … no one can AI generate that.
👊🏼
We are strong believers that culture isn’t built in boardrooms—it’s walked out. Our team hits the outdoors for “walk-and-talk” staff meetings every so often, and here is what we’ve learned:
1. Movement = Momentum.
Walking gets ideas unstuck, like hitting “play” on creativity.
2. Conversation in Motion.
Dialogue flows smoother—like jazz instead of sheet music.
3. Whole Selves Engaged.
Body, mind, and soul all show up—like switching from black-and-white to full color.
This is how we keep creativity—and culture—in motion… plus a few calories in check.
