Billy has been part of our team for five years, bringing discipline & a strong work ethic to everything he does
at just 29, he stepped into the role of Chef de Cuisine
he got his start in restaurants at 15 & now at 30, he’s the youngest CDC in our restaurant’s history
we’re very grateful to have him lead the next generation of our kitchen 🙏🏽
