@verity_construction recently completed the Milkstack Apartments in the Milk District of Orlando, FL. This $5.5 million 27 unit apartment complex features modern amenities and trendy styles that makes it attractive to the neighborhood for generations to come.
We had over 70% minority contractor participation on this project.
This is the first private apartment building in the history of Orlando built by an African American company.
