有個好有趣同埋用心既電台節目想分享～ #日出前告白 #香港電台第一台 #rthk 呢個節目每集喺深宵時分，傾談我地如何可以一齊坦白誠實面對生活中的起伏，放下心中包袱，日出而作，重新開始。
今晚過咗午夜，我會作為嘉賓身份去分享自己投身幼兒教育以嚟嘅經驗同體會。特別想多謝 JEMS，一直以嚟都好用心咁陪小朋友成長，培養佢哋堅毅、有韌性嘅性格，同埋「growth mindset」。做父母喺呢個年代真係好唔容易，真係一份超級challenging嘅工作！所以老師同教育工作者就可以幫手一齊「bridge the gap」，喺教導小朋友「perseverance、responsibility、empathy、resilience」呢啲品格嘅同時，都要試吓理解佢哋點解會咁樣行為，然後幫佢哋慢慢指引返正確嘅方向。
我哋真係好愛自己啲小朋友。家長、老師同學生要學識互相溝通、互相尊重。最終嘅目的，係希望大家都可以一齊努力，培養出善良、有責任心、懂得體諒嘅孩子。
咁到底要點做呢？有冇steps？係咪要少啲權威，多啲以身作則？
其實，教育係一段內外兼修嘅旅程。我哋要教小朋友保持open-minded、接受唔同嘅可能性，同時都要set好啲界限同rules俾佢哋。Let’s彼此多啲空間，用尊重、責任同善意去相處。
