I’ve dreamed of this moment for so many years 🥺🥹 I’m beyond grateful for every step of my academic journey that led me to this moment… to my friends and family who supported me when I decided to go back to school, to Sacramento city college for reigniting my passion for academia and learning, and to CSUN for challenging me to grow even more, not just as an academic but as a person, a friend, a leader and an advocate for myself and others…I’m proud of what I’ve been able to accomplish in my time here, but mostly I’m proud of how many incredible people I’ve connected with.. people who have inspired me, shared incredible moments of vulnerability… people and memories I will simply never forget 🥺 I am especially grateful for my parents because I couldn’t have done this without them… they believed in me before I even believed in myself. I’m so grateful for this chapter of my life and excited for what’s next because I am far from being done. thank you thank you thank you ❤️
