Super proud of Gemma’s performance on @gtfp_mma today. Owning the stand up and plenty of top control, defending numerous submission attempts.
Ending up in a nasty arm bar at the very end of the 3rd and final round, testing her mental toughness to not give in. All the corner team were on edge thinking she was going to tap, but evidently Gemma DOES NOT TAP! 💥 she endured it, managed to reverse and finish on top with ground and pound!
A great fight and great victory for Gemma & the VMA family 🏆

Attention all VMA members and Brierley Hill, Moor Centre goers ‼️ ….
Commencing Tuesday 5th May, works are to be carried out at the Moor Centre (outside Iceland walkthrough - first photo) that will last 2/3 days or potentially the rest of that week, therefore restricting access to all shoppers & workers.
During this time we believe you will not be able to access the Moor Centre the normal way from the car park (walking past Iceland and in to the precinct).
There are 2 alternatives ….
The first is pictured with this post. You must go round the back of Iceland, to the end of the road, and walk through a small alley way with a gate at the end. There is a bolt across but no lock so public can get through. From there you go left and head back towards the Moor Centre off the high street.
The second option is walking back down the hill from the car park and then up the main road (Moor Street) to the traffic lights and again coming to the centre from the high street.
I’m sure we all feel it is a slight inconvenience to us / the public, but if work is being done what can we do? 🤷♂️ Hopefully all works will be completed asap so we can return to easy access.
Please share so all Brierley Hill / Moor Centre attendees are not left confused or disgruntled when visiting shops & businesses next week ✌️
