Your morning currently looks like grabbing a piece of toast on the way out the door or skipping breakfast entirely then make sure you save this. Because what you eat first thing genuinely sets the tone for your entire day. High protein + hormone-friendly breakfast = steady energy, balanced blood sugar and no 11am crash where you’re raiding the biscuit tin. Here’s what our clients eat on repeat 👇 1) Egg muffins Batch cook on Sunday. Eggs, spinach, feta, whatever veg you’ve got. Grab 2-3 on the way out the door. Done - literally zero excuses 😂 2) Greek yoghurt bowl 0% Greek yoghurt + berries + nut butter + seeds. It takes literally 2 mins and is packed with protein AND healthy fats. 3) Overnight oats WITH protein powder Oats + protein powder + chia seeds + milk. Prep the night before, add frozen berries in the morning so they don’t go mushy. 4) Smoked salmon + avocado on sourdough Gets your Omega 3s, protein and fibre in. Your hormones will actually thank you for this one, trust us. 5) Protein smoothie Protein powder + spinach + frozen berries + nut butter + collagen if you’ve got it. Doesn’t get easier than that! Save this for tomorrow morning and lmk which one you try!

Hannah is joining VenGold’s Radiance Retreat on 26th June and summed up WHY so beautifully. Han has a high stress job so she doesn’t just want her weekends to switch off. Superwoman = Laura 6 months post partum 🦸🏼‍♀️ “This journey has made me the best version of myself and I’m genuinely so proud of myself” Laura is an absolute powerhouse in every way: - Bad ass momma to 2 beautiful little girls - Recent promotion - The last 12 weeks working with her has now got her her body of dreams She has worked so so so hard for this along side our post partum specialist Coach Mol and it has not been easy but the proof is in the pictures!!
