My biggest recommendation if youāre thinking about opening a dance studio:
If you still want to actually dance after opening it ā build a team BEFORE you open.
At minimum:
ā¢ another dancer or teacher besides you
ā¢ a videographer
ā¢ a marketing/ads person
Donāt think you can permanently do every role yourself.
Yes, you probably can survive doing everything for the first 6 monthsā¦ but the more you delegate and build a real team, the further away burnout gets!
