He said nothing was off limits! đ¤ Known for his vulnerability, speaking about mental health, confronting shame and guilt, and even writing a book that inspired so many men to go on an EQ journey â what does he think about the claim that men have become âtoo softâ and lost their alpha status? His answer:
"Men with a lack of purpose are dangerous men." Itâs all about finding clarity in your mission and dedicating yourself to the betterment of community and humanity. Thatâs where true greatness lies đŞâ¨
Agreed, but it is not about whatâs âtoo softâ or âtoo hard.â Itâs finding where you naturally are and/or want to be, and making sure that youâre able to still have a layer of empathy or emotional intelligence (EQ) to connect with those around you to meet them where they are.
