Big win for Cleveland! đ The Cleveland Streetscape Design Manual has been unanimously endorsed by Redland City Council - setting a bold new blueprint for a vibrant, accessible and resilient public realm. It was a pleasure collaborating with Redland City Council on this shared vision, and weâre excited to see how it shapes the future of Cleveland for years to come.

Hymba Yumba Independent Schoolâs outdoor learning space is designed to foster social interaction, cultural connection, and creative learning. The transformation of a former carpark to a softened, passive recreational landscape introduces gathering areas, adaptable nooks, and a prominent sandstone amphitheater that connects outdoor learning with the surrounding environment. Through thoughtful design elements that reflect themes of unity and connection, this space becomes a vibrant social and recreational hub, where students can share knowledge and culture.

In 2022, Vee worked closely with the local community to create a vibrant new streetscape experience for the Miles CBD. The Turbot Street Underpass reimagines the contributory role of an underutilized urban space, enhancing recreational opportunities and social interaction within Brisbaneâs Roma Street precinct. Strong design leadership â including stakeholder engagement, multidisciplinary collaboration, and community-driven design â has produced a new urban landscape that demonstrates how even compromised sites can re-ignite urban life and contribute to urban revitalisation.
